What Happens During the Call?
This is simply an opportunity for us to have a proper conversation.
I will ask about your business, the work you need help with and what a good outcome would look like for you. I will explain how ExecProVA works, answer your questions honestly and tell you whether I believe we can help.
If we are not the right fit, I will say so. I would much rather be honest at the beginning than try to squeeze a square peg into a round hole and disappoint you later.
There is no pressure to make a decision during the call.

ExecProVA works best with established business owners, founders and directors who are ready to hand work over and trust someone experienced to take responsibility for it.
You do not need perfect systems or a beautifully organised inbox. You simply need to be open about what you need, communicate clearly and be ready to delegate.
If you value honesty, reliability, initiative and straightforward communication, we are likely to work well together.

Nothing begins until the scope and commercial terms have been agreed, the service agreement has been signed and payment has been received.
Clear expectations make life easier for everyone, which is rather the point of asking for support in the first place.
